They are all implants. It is impossible to look like that with SEO's (synthol).

I actually think those would be the only ones who actually used synthol, the rest are all implants IMO. From a person who has used the stuff, those kids must have been in PAIN for months to get all that oil in there. I mean assuming that is synthol, they would have to inject 300 cc each arm to get it to look like that. The oil digests pretty quick too, so they'd have to keep shooting that shit.
