    I am sorry if this is'nt the forum to post this on, I figure one of the mods will put it to the anabolic pictures forum.... went there first, but everything seems to just be gear pic questions... if this is the wrong place to post... sorry guys. Mr. Universe showed it to me.

    Makes me feel like theres hope for a lot of people out there..... No excuses..... thats dedication......

    I heard a few years ago that Don Long was in bad shape and in the hospital. Can anyone provide some info on that?
