    Well if you look at his website he follows basically a bodybuilder routine. But I like his build, that is what I would like to be in ten years or so when my daughters start dating.

    He used too box before he went to jail ...then when he came out deceide too be a strong man..and surtainly enough he is pretty damn strong one at that.

    Much better than all those big guys who just seem fat on WSM. This guy had a great build since he's so huge and maintains low bf. That's pretty amazing.
