    nice work Brat..and yes please stop comparing your lifts to guy lifts..as much as i am for equality for men and woman theres just something about testosterone in a guy that for the most part makes them stronger than MOST females..i dunno call me crazyy..ha ha ha ...also i have to say some of the wts you got are impressive..DB shruggs pretty strong "even fo a girl"...

    do you DL? as i didnt see it in this work out. look forward too watching your progress here...

    Sadly, I don't DL...yet. I worry about my form. I really should. Especially since my boss wants me to start powerlifting.

    well start DL..just have your boss spot you a few times for form sake..also JT/PB/tman all have great vids posted of there deads..however if standard floor deads are a concern pullin sumo or off blocks/rack pull would still be highly benificial...
