 next meet august 5
655 bench is my goal.
Right now i'm doing PCT drom my cycle.
Workout days will be tuesday, thursday and Saterday. I will add in any other days that I can, time and energy permitting.

Overtrained the begining of the week. Suffering now. Strength was peaked at an all time high last friday and now is down some. Still getting pr's in reps at lower weiights but bigger weights weren't happening for me today.
Still likeing the 3 boards. Seems to be a good spot for me. It may be time to switch to a 2 board though.
Highly considering adding assitance work and dropping to one bench day a week.
Titan shitrt was great. This is the 3rd time I used it. The ist time it was thre wrong size. I sent it back and got a size bigger. Used it twice since then. Couldn't touch with 500 but came close. There si so much energy in this shirt. Great groove , not too low and man the weight just flew up.

Nice work rocco. Might be a good idea to go to one bench day a week, now that your off. You won't be able to recover as fast. Hope the back holds up with the conventional pulling. Just be careful b/c when I start pulling heavy, I tend to unload onto my back too quickly and that aint good.
