    Default Warmachine's Progress Log
    Well i decided to keep track of what i am eating in an effort to keep it under control. as of right now i am 192lbs at 11% bf. my diet goals are to keep energy and mood high while losing bodyfat to about 7-8%. i just finished 2.5 weeks of 2500 kcal and i felt like shit, but lost like 3 lbs of fat. so the plan is to keep diet under control, and use cardio and t3 to shed fat.
    after the last couple weeks my appetite is just out of control, this log will hopefully help me. im doing about 1.5 hours of cardio split up in the day. i am hoping to keep leaning out without too much calorie restriction.

    i will add the t3 sometime next week.

    i supplement with a multi, vit c, and potassium

    since im going to be posting training lets add cycle data too...

    i am running 500mg test-e a week and 50mg winny a day as of last week.
    before taht it was 250mg test, 1 ml tren eod, and 25mg winny ed for 2 weeks.
    cycle is of indeterminate length, but will probobly run it for about 10 more weeks. i am going for a body recomp, goal is 200lbs at around 7-8%. i am cutting first, bulk after.

    this pic is me at close to 11%, weight about 193 or so

    bodyweight 199! no wonder i look bloated...

    meal 1- apple, 50g protein shake
    meal 2- 1 cup dry oats, 1/3 cup blackberries, banana, 50g shake, 5 almonds
    meal3- small lean steak, 1.5 cups yams, 1.5 cups asparegus
    meal4 - 2 cups milk, 4 fignewtons (lol i know), one bowl of chili (homemade, turkey no beans)
    meal5-banana rolled in oats, 60g pro shake, 6 almonds
    meal6-bowl of chili, cup of yams
    meal7 cup or so of cottage cheese
    i bought some "colon cleanse" and drank 3 servings. i hope it will help my gas.

    training today-
    45 min am treadmill. winny is making me cramp so this is getting hard. i have to take breaks and stretch my shins
    pm
    30 min or so weight training, ended up doing cable work lol
    supposed to be bench assistance. i ****ed up both my wrists when i put my bike down
    1 hour cardio.

    As for gas, try digestive enzymes daily and mabey drop all dairy.

    meal1- 1 cup oats w./blackberries. 50g protein shake. 4 almonds. 3 servings colon cleanse in 2 cups green tea (this stuff isnt bad when mixed in the tea,in water it was awful)
    meal 2- bowl of chili and cup of yams,1 apple
    meal 3- trioplex bar
    meal 4 cup of chili with 1 cup brown rice
    meal 5 cup of chili with .5 cup brown rice
    meal 6 chicken breast with veggies

    snacked on probobly 100+ kcal of walnuts

    training
    am 1 hour cardio
    water weight is down a little today, letro and t3 are on the way!
    the fiber shake really helps fill me up, makes me want to eat less at breakfast
    right wrist still hurts but swelling is down. i may not be able to max bench on monday

    god i shit about 10x today, will lower colon cleanse dose

    45 min am cardio. shins cramping pretty bad today so i took it easy

    my "out of control" hunger is gone...i think its all the green tea im drinking. i drank 1/3 gallon yesterday and drank .5gal today

    i was starving when i got home last night since i was forced to work an extra hour...i stayed strong and only ate a raw carrot and some cottage cheese.

    trained max bench today, 50 min cardio.
    close grip tricep 225x5,245x1 getting back to a lower carb diet and the colon cleanse has shed about 5lbs, so my morning wieght is about 194. will weigh in on wednesday as it will be a pm workout and my weight will be more on target. i should also get a bodyfat reading that day too. will also have time for pics!

    btw-the green tea is REALLY controlling my appetite, im drinking about 2 liters a day i think

    meal 2- 1 cup oatmealw/blackberries, 25g protien shake,.5banana, soem walnuts
    meal3- small steak and potato
    meal 4- 1 cup pork 1 cup brown rice
    meal5 1 cup pork, .5 cup brown rice
    meal 6 small steak, 2 cups greek salad
    meal 7 chicken breast,1.5 cups greek salad
    meal 8? woke up at 3 and ate about 100g of protien from my pudding

    bbt after 1 meal 1=95.5 (for t3 coming soon...)

    training= 1 hour cardio. i am in stupidly good cardiovascular condition now. resting heart rate is 42 bpm, at 5% incline 3.4 mph it barely goes over 100bpm.

    started my letro today, so should be looking much more dry and vascular soon. i will start at 1.25mg twice a week, will go to 3x if i need to and will use a whole ml if i want to look super dry.t3 will probobly start tomorrow depending on my bbt reading in the morning. if it is far off from todays then i will wait another day or two to get a good average baseline. t3 will be added at increasing 20mcg increments to assess results/tolerance of sides.

    dropped winny today, will up test by 250mg to total 750mg this week. now i will be using only test for next 10 weeks.

    meal 1- protein pudding (about 100g protein), 3 cups green tea
    i had great 6 meals today as usual then i went out and drank about 6 drinks...
    got home and ate a steak, pasta, an apple, cottage cheese, oatmeal, milk, and some protein powder. at 3:30 am. god save the queen... get ready for bloatasaurus lol

    kcals were low today until i went out. i probobly didnt eat more than 800kcal over usual, especially with all the dancing.

    bbt- 95.2-will test again tomorrow. i want a good baseline before i use the t3
    ...

    weight is 199 today, not looking too bloated at all. i feel real solid. i havnt lost probobly more than 1% bf so far this cycle but im up 9lbs!

    meal 1-1 cup oats, 1 cup milk, few walnuts and blackberries. 50g protein.
    meal 2- 1 apple, 1 banana rolled in oats, 30g pro shake
    meal 3- 1.5 cups yams, lean burger patty, 1 serv cottage cheese w/ a few pinapple chunks
    meal 4 1 cup yams and hamburger patty
    meal 5 1 cup oatmeal, 36g pro shake
    meal 6 3 serve cottage cheeze,24g protein (for enzymes), 1 carrot, 1 lettuce salad

    bbt- 95.5, 1 hour later 95.2. alright looks like my baseline is low 95's. started t3 at 20mcg,then took another 20 later. i sweated a little more on the treadmill today.

    am training 1 hour cardio

    I would drop the fruit and drop the yams... read alotta bad shit about yams and estrogen levels... everyone throws fruit in diet, but i think it has no place in a cutting diet. When i train people and their goal is to lose weight i get them on high doses of green tea extract and their appetite is supressed...theirs a product i sell at the store i work at called hoodia its an appetite surpressant.

    i would add broccoli in their if i was you and cut the carbs past 6 or 7pm. just my opinion, good luck bro.

    thanks for the advice i guess. if you actually look at the diet you will see i drink about 2L of green tea a day and 90% of the time the last 2 meals of the day have no carbs. The fruit is in to keep thyroid functioning (i guess now it doesnt matter) but also they are good, filling, and low cal. hoodia costs too damn much, but i might try it later on.

    after 40mcg t3 yesterday, bbt is 96.7 today. i will take 60mcg today and probobly stick with that dose for a week or so atleast.

    meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal w/ cinnimon. 50g protein. 1 banana
    meal 2 1 cup pork, 2 low carb torts, 1 cup yams
    meal 3- 1 apple, 25g pro shake
    meal 4, 1 cup oats w/ 50kcal of peaches, 50g pro shake (been running errands today)
    meal 5 2.5 cups raw oats, 1.5 cup 2% milk, 75g whey(post workout, i was very hungry)
    meal 6- 6 shots of tequila? 1 jack and diet coke
    meal 7-2 steaks, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, cornbread
    meal 8- (4 am) 1.5 cups oats, 50g protein
    btw i took 7 sesamax caps when i got back from resterant and before oats

    jesus spring break is turning this cutter in to a bulker!

    i love oatmeal with splenda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and its so filling!
    one cup=320 kcal

    am training
    1 hour cardio

    pm training.
    dynamic bench and assistance work
    .5 hour cardio

    i think bbt= base body temp. you take it first thing in the morning.
    i will get some leg pics up soon, they arnt small just hairy. all that crap i ate last morning (should i post it on todays or yesterdays?lol) was at a resterant i went to with some friendsl. i would never have eaten all that shit at my house.

    meal 6- 1 huge chicken breast, green salad with oil/vinager. was still hungry so i ate a carrot, 1 can of green beans and a little more chicken. atleast i didnt hit the carbs hard :P

    no training today, reduced kcal to compensate. gym was closed and partying has caught up with me. next week will hit it hard!

    bbt was 97.2 this mornining. upped t3 to 80mcg.
    i was only at 60mcg for 2 days, maybe not long enough. i sweat more when doing cardio or dancing but nothing terrible. last night i woke up a little sweaty. when i lay down to go to sleep i can feel some very minor palpitations, but nothin like when on clen. i am really looking forward to the rest of the cycle, will be the best ever!

    i will really try to keep the social drinking to once a week. it is just not helping me reach my body goals.

    bbt 97.6 i took 80mcg again today, looks like i might have to go up to 100 to get my bbt in to the 98's

    meal 1-1 cup oats, 50g whey, .5 banana
    meal 2 1 cup steak, 1 cup brown rice
    meal 3 1 cup oats,50g whey
    meal 4 1 apple, 1 cup chix, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup oats 50g whey (all this was post workout, and i hadnt eaten for 5 hours)
    meal 5 1 cup chicken, 1 can grean beans, .5 cup alfredo sauce
    ate a carrot when i got home
    training

    added 1 ml of tren eod, will cut back on test to 500mg a week. the higer doses just bloated me too much even with letro. i really didnt like that look.
    max effort bench hit easy 250
    long day today, no cardio but lots of walking at work

    5 chicken and brown rice, probobly a cup and a half of both.
    then i ate another cup of oats and 50g whey. i guess you could consider that meal 6. i had trained for 2 hours and not eated for 4 though.

    legs and 45 min cardio

    bbt is 97.6 today...lower then yesterday with a higher dose. will stick with 100mcg for atleast another day.
