Well for some background I just started lifting again now for the better part of 3 years but dedicated for the last 2 years.I was out of the gym and pretty much anything for the 3 years before this due to a shoulder injury and surgery to fix it.I sat on my couch ate painkillers and drank beer and ingorged myself to about 300 lbs..At 5'10'' that is not good when your bodyfat is about 40%.I have gone from a weak ass puss to a moderately strong person.Let's see hows about going from a 200lb bench to a 365lb. bench a 240lb.dead to a 512lb.dead a 225lb.squat to a 435lb.squat all natural gains no aas.I have now just stated my first cycle 20mg dbol/day 4wks 200mgtest e/5days 10wks.My stas are 29yrs old 226lbs.(well before the cycle I've put on 12 pounds so far.)so 238lbs.bf%17.I don't know shit but I have made solid gains read all the time ask ?'s eat like an animal and train hard and often so here goes my journal.

why would you do tris the day after chest?

My partner wanted to.He didn't work the day before and needed tri work so I went with it.Plus my chest before tri's dosen't hurt me on my workout or dosen't feel like it,but tri's before chest is a no go!normaly I would go tri's,bi's,chest,back,rest,legs and delt's,rest,rest then all over again with small stuff like rear delts with tri's,traps with back ab's a couple days a week,calves with bi's.I couldn't post last night but will puit up my back sesion now and today is rest so the rest of my training week will be up by monday.Thanks for lookin and sayin something.

Felt fatigued needed a day off so today was it.I do squats tomarrow hoping to hit 450 for a couple last set after a day off I should feel great if not I will take another and get to it on sunday.Oh yea last week before I started my journal I hit 205 last set of seated shoulder press for 8 so tomarrow or sunday I hope for more everthing else is going so why not!

Crushed it in the gym today!It was moving day on my skulls went up 5#'s from last week and still got 2 extra reps for a total of 10 so I went up another 5#'s and got 6 with 2 forced just killed it.I should definatly push my flat bb bench to over 400#'s with this cycle I was close when I ran some m1t.I got 365#'s for 2 at the end of the day and my tri's where definately 20 #'s weaker and so where my delt's this time 4 plates is going to go!I can't wait for each traing day this is my first cycle and it is off the hook I mean I was 243#'s today up from 226#'s!Strength and weight going through the roof my wife has even noticed how I look so pumped all the time and she sees me every day.I love it dosen't look like any bad weight holding some water but that is it,and I got 9 weeks left!

This was the first time I had been under this much weight in a while and did good.I had hurt my shoulder the last time I went heavy and had a cortisone shot in my shoulder.It felt good all in all to push that much it was the first time I did flat as my first movement and it felt good to feel some weight.Well it didn't feel real heavy so maybe i will be able to go well past soon.I hope to god.Another thing it has been hard to eat I mean I have had to choke my food down 16 eggs a day is getting hard to do!

Just some really slow hard squeeze supers didn't feel great in the gym prollay because of the drinking I did sat. it sucked but I got one in.Today should be better feel good and will post my session later,for now I got to go eat some more f ing food!

Great day in the gym felt strong and had a good time!I think the man who invented rev grip bench should be shot!I will never do that movement again I dont know where it came from but it is going back!

Good day even with a broken hand.You should see this thing it is hugebut i managed to work all day and get my gym session in so i guess it aint so bad!I missed a leg workout due to some low back pain I ruputered 2 disks about 18 months ago and it was fine till the last leg day it feels better this week so i will hit it again prollay tomarrow or sat.

thats all i could get my hand is killing me and was when i did bi's.it hurts way more to pull than to push!i took friday the 10th and i'm gonna go through monday and hope it is good to go enough to get push movements done.man why did i punch a guy in the face should of been home sleeping!!

no gym for a minute.my hand is broke in 2 spots and i need to put it on the shelf for a minute!it sucks and i am probably going to swrivel to nothing in the next 10-15 days why goddamn!
