    Default started 1st cycle
    started 1st cycle last week
    500 mg test/week 12 weeks
    starting weight 190

    height 5'7"
    age 34
    calories=3500-4000

    goal=lean bulk with increase strength


    first shot i was freaked out. went perfect though. a little pain for an hour then nothing.

    3 days after shot i felt great.now tired though.
    have to increase carbs. im only eating about 50-70grams a day.

    did shoulders today-went light
    10 sets of arnold dumbell presses 55lbs
    100 shrugs 225lbs
    10 sets lateral raises 35 lbs

    2nd shot tonight

    increased carbs today to 100 grams
    hopefully this will will help with the tiredness

    weight still at 190

    not meaning to talk trash but your workout seems a little odd .. how long have you been seriously lifting weights?

    about 20 years on and off

    i always try to mix my workouts up every three weeks

    i get better results with higher reps

    i dont take it as trash talk all opions r welcome

    have to go and do second injection

    2nd shot yesterday
    ouch!! 2ccs is alot more painful the day after just sore though
    might shoot 1cc 2 times a week

    workout today was great

    bench
    3 sets warm up
    205- 10
    225-10
    240-10
    275-8
    185-failure

    close grip
    3 sets of 10 205
    185 t0 failure

    tricep pushdowns
    stack 4 sets to failure

    dips
    3 sets to failure

    i am going to maintain high reps for the next 5 weeks
    bench goal is 225 for 4 sets of 10

    ate bad today

    3 turkey sausage
    2 eggs
    2 toasts
    3 hamburger
    veg.
    2 protein drinks with milk
    2 porkchops

    need more food!!!!

    gym

    back:
    deadlifts 4 sets of 10 @225
    lat pulldowns 4 sets of 10
    bent rows 4 sets of 10

    biceps;
    4 sets curls
    1 set french curls(elbow started to hurt)
    rack run starting @ 45 down to 20 sets of 5 non stop

    legs light
    leg curls 3 sets 20
    leg extensions 3 sets of 20
    deadlifts

    weight=194
    veins are popping out

    protein drink waiting for dinner
    roast,potato,veg

    workout was awesome today

    could not eat though appetite is horrible but will force food down
    breakfast same as yesterday.

    shoulders;
    4 sets of military presses 135-10reps,185-10reps,205-10reps,215-8reps
    4 sets lateral raises
    3 sets front raises
    barbell shoulder raises 3 sets
    shrugs 4 sets

    light chest;

    flys 4 sets
    decline bench 4 sets 0f 10


    light tris;

    bench dips
    close grip pushups

    going to eat dinner
    2 pieces of chicken
    1 cup brown rice
    veg

    am going to inject tonight 250mg
    then again on sat

    Unhappy weds.
    sore as hell today. also tired.
    they worked r ass off at work last night.

    3 more weeks of night turn then back to daylight.

    im having a problem eating. not hungry at all.
    if i try eating im really forcing it and want to throw up.

    any suggestions?

    weight is 194 up 4 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks

    strength is increasing.

    off from gym today. going to do some cardio

    i train on a 4 day split hitting each muscle 2 times a week

    im going to eat more but it is hard for some reason.

    wakeup at 9am
    1 protein shake 50 grams of protein and 350 calories
    got a tatto last night. 4 hours it took. ark is sore as hell.

    weigh in at 197 today. up 3 pounds in 2 days.

    going to gym.

    no sides of yet except i wanna **** everything in site.lol

    bloat is gone

    have to drink more water

    training will be heavy starting this week for the next 6 weeks

    gym:

    back:
    deadlifts 5x5 ending at 275(neck hurt)
    seated rows 4x5
    reverse bench rows 4x5
    bent rows 135,185,205,225 all x5
    pull ups 3 sets alternating grips to failure


    bis:
    3 sets reg curls 12,10,10
    2 sets reg curls focusing on negative
    2 sets hammer curls to failure
    3 sets cable curls to failure

    sipping water right now.

    weigh in tom.

    still horny as hell

    Looks awesome man! How was the bloat with CYP I haven't decided on E or C yet....it;s going to be a bloat decision I think.

    looking very good but i would say hiting each muscle 2 times a week is to much especialy if your work is physical.
    keep the 4 days routine but each muscle once a week.
    do n ot forget about your PCT also.
    keep the good work

    felt a little aggressiveness last night but nothing i could not handle

    starting to feel better

    weight is 199

    took another shot in the left glute pulled needle out and blood started to pump out.i asperated and there was no blood in needle. i did shoot with my left hand and could of moved the needle around a little.

    no pain today.

    also i added deca in @ week 2 to help with some pains i was having.
    will see if this is myth or true.(joints)

    workout will be tom. shoulders
