    Default Wake up the GIANT.
I will be keeping a log, I am a fairly tall guy (6'3) and I'm only @ 175lbs right now, my goal is to reach 210lbs before August w/ less than 13% bodyfat. I am currently @ 13.8%

At that rate, I will be required to gain 4.3lbs of muscle per month, and then do a cut phase to get rid of any excess fat made by the bulking period.

My diet will be very lean consisting of protein and carbs only, no fats or very low fats. I will be eating at least 400G of protein a day or 2.2g per lb. I will be using insulin to help process the influx of protein faster.

For the next few weeks I will be Natty only (supplies not in yet) but I will start taking TEST E and then for the end of my cycle I will take clenbuterol..

Now that all the bullshit talking is out of the way.. here we go.

For the past two days I have had severe back pain unable to walk or stand, this morning was probably the worst of the two days.. I decided to do my workout anyways (and i'm doing my back today)

Hit the gym today around 12:30PM, played 1on1 bball with a guy and beat the crap out of him.. then continued on to my workout!

Today is my back day, dumbbell rows 50x10x4 , Shrugs 65x10x4, Pulldowns 110x10x3, bent over row 90x10x3

Surprisingly everything went VERY WELL.. I was in so much pain but after the workout the blood is flowing all the muscles are working properly and NO MORE PAIN!! I guess I just had a kink or something, I will know tomorrow morning. Had no problem with the DB rows and I think I will kick it up to 60lbs next week..

    Food so far for today:

    Brekfast: 1 CUP OATS
    Lunch: 12OZ chicken breast
PREWO: whole wheat bagel & 1cup cottage cheese
    POSTWO: 4OZ chicken

no proper equipment in my gym for dead lifting

    :/

I could do dumbbell deadlifts but even then only @ a max of 180lbs so its kinda pointless.

No barbell in your gym? You will have a hard time growing properly without the essentials.

    12-25-07.. Christmas Day.

Wow, ok, so I woke up today and I had a lot of pain/stifness in my lower lumbar that had moved from my shoulders, however I am feeling great today after my workout.

    Lets get to the meat:

    V-Squats:

    300x10, 350x10, 400x10, 450x10, 550x0 (FAIL) 500x5 (PR)

Lunges: (should have done these first, probably)

    90x0 (FAIL) 50x0 (FAIL) 35x10x2

    Leg Curl

    90x10x3

    Leg press:
220x10x4 (very easily, could have gone heavier)

    Calf press:

    140x10x3

All in all a very good day, put in an hour of cardio (bball) although I don't need it it warms me up before I go workout, loosens my muscles etc.. I am walking around now feeling like a beast.. back is tight legs are stiff but enjoying it..

Heres a few pics of my gym for those who wonder what kinda panzy shit im working with.

why take slin for a first cycle ? no one will recommend this for you. you got plenty of substances to try before jumping in for slin and GH.

Please explain why you feel the need to take gear when you lack the equipment to even maximize your training? On top of that you are a whopping buck-75 @ 6'3".

I don't need a mommy or daddy, my test is coming and i'll be on it.. that won't change.
LOL @ thinking I care about wtf you are doing. I merely enjoy calling out lazy ****s who like to waste time, money and risk health when they have no idea how to train or eat. Good luck though - I'm sure anything you gain will be lost.

Just becuase I don't want to deadlift doesn't mean I won't gain mass, just follow the log and talk shit in a few months, you pussy.

1st off this is a no flameing forum , take it to email/pm/convo lounge if insults are needed .

sleeping giant he didnt make his criticism very constructibe but he does have a point . you dont need steroids to grow at that height and weight . you need food/sleep/heavy compound excercises with emphasis on food/protein .

I dont think I was flameing him as much as i was just giving him sound advice... AAS is only needed when you have reached your maximum potential or your max to growing.. and if you tell me 6'3 175 is a max potential.. your messed up

Actually AAS can be used to enhance growth in all phases, I understand the risks vs rewards and I choose to take the risk, there are athletes who run cycles pretty much continuously bridging from one to the next, me running 400mg of test E weekly won't hurt me.

I am sick and tired of the self rightous people who say "oh you can only take AAS once you MAX".. wrong.. AAS will help me reach my max and then surpass it.. I see no reason to wait.

Cheating is cheating, are you mad becuase I cheat better than you? I understand the proper foundation before taking AAS becuase obviously w/o the right environment you CANT GROW. But I eat properly I train properly I was 155lbs and I am 180lbs now.. I am diabetic and it was undiagnosed, which was the reason my weight was so low I have no insulin.

Now that I am taking insulin my weight is gaining properly, I'm sure I could gain 10-15lbs no problem with out AAS but I will be able to grow much faster WITH.

Hence the reason I am going to start.. I have the foundation.. Don't worry.

if you cant get bigger than that naturally you need to fix your diet and training before you cycle . waiting to your MAX is one thing but starting at least 50 pounds before it is another .
