I'm repping 385 for 5 easily on squats.
315 on bench? Probably within the next few months, I don't know.
My goal is to just get bigger while staying lean.

good work winter, way to hit it hard

Thanks Putang and Luq
Luq, how's the shoulder? Can you finally do any barbell presses without pain?
-
I'm doing light inclines on the smith. Shoulder is almost 100% but I won't go heavy at least until the end of the year.
-
That's good to hear Luq. I think you should try going light on freeweight inclines b/c smith machines limit your range of motion and this might irritate your shoulder more. Maybe not, but that's just what I have heard and experienced as well.
Have you been letting the shoulder heal on its own or have you gone to therapy for it?
-
I let it heal by itself. After some time of not working it, the best thing for recovery was light working.
