Hammer grip DB Bench 30kg x 9

Seated military 50kg x 8
Rope Pushdowns 50 x 14
Band pull-a-parts (Blue) 1x20
Hanging leg raise 1 x 15
Changing to more of a powerlifting style of bench.Felt strong on it but didn’t want to really push it as a new movement

Was a devastating workout. Upper body was smoked by the time I got to military.
