    Default Damian Maia - Science of Jui Jitsu
    For any of you guys that are into BJJ, check out this instructional. IMO it is one of the best BJJ instructionals on the market.

    He really breaks down each move and explains WHY

    Most of the instructionals I have seen they show the move and break it down step by step. Maia goes an extra step and explains the science behind the move. Why your hands should be in a specific place, why your body should be positioned one way, etc.

    Definitely worth the money, or the bandwidth if you can find it for download.
