    Default Just put in some really productive bag work.
    Moved into my friend's house and he happens to have a heavy bag in the garage. I completely fixed my jab which has been lacking for a long time. Just had to change the position of my back leg a little. I always had accuracy but now there's a lot more power there. Also working on a 4 punch (jab, straight right,left hook, right elbow) combo. I'm going to have a lot of fun with this.

    Very nice! I know your not a huge cardio advocate but man, it's one helluva cardio workout when continually stringing those combos in row
    the problem with my jab is that I don't snap it back quick enough.. although with your size and reach, I imagine your jab has as much sting on it as my straight right

    Now that I've retooled it a little, and after I put some more work in to make it fluid, I think I can knock most people out if I catch them. You're right about the cardio aspect. I've been trying to hit a little bit each day, even if it's only 5-10 minutes, and then do more on my days off the gym. It will be good for getting me in better shape without feeling like I'm doing cardio.

    Ya, thats me just took that a few weeks ago after training. Spent the last few months cutting to a lower weight class so I'm getting pretty cut. I'll PM ya!
