UFC 89: bispeng vs. leben

Don't get me wrong, i want to see this fight. But it is a main event fight. There is no chance in hell that this is a main event fight. I hate Dana "The snowman" white. For example, Henderson vs. Shogun for ufc 89 could be a main event fight, (if his knee is better) Wanderlei silva vs. Machida could be a main event fight. It just pisses me off that dana white has all these good guys, and we see that Bispeng and leben is the main event, even tho i want to see these guys. Every main event DOESNT have to be a title fight, but this one is weak.

Leben has made some huge improvements and has a cement chin. Bisping is a good all round fighter. This fight has the makings to be a war!

Most main events suck anyways and the no name/lower tier guys put on the best fights.

Matt Hughes was huge for the sport, but his one dimensional wrestling game no longer works against true MMA fighters. BJ Penn picked him apart on his feet until fat BJ got tired and could no longer fight. GSP toyed with him his last two fights and made him look like an amateur.

If Alves can beat Sanchez, he still needs to beat another guy like Fitch, Kos or BJ (in shape) to get any type of respect

.. its a good match up in my opinion though, more of a main event then ****ing bisbing. I think Thiago has a slight edge for the win but the new diego will give him fits.
