So many benefits from drinking water, when at the gym I drink at least 3 liters, and I'm there from about 1 hour.
I drink about 1 1/2 gallon ED... THE POWER OF WATER !!!

What's the recomended..daily intake per pound for an average fit human? and I'm not talking gym freak..or marathon nut..just average joe. Bet the real average is WAY under whats recomended..

It depends on weight, time u excercise, climate, etc
For me it tells me I should drink 2.8 liters a day.
