I went off that recipe in that fajita thread...I'n sure there's better out there.

Here's the goods that went in and a premiere issue of sportsnet mag

And a hidden object...can you find

Also subbed plain yogurt for sour cream...as my kind was on sale so I stalked up!

Action shot of chicken frying up!

Side notes, remember what you just handled before licking fingers!

And my kitchen skills lack, so my time management is shitty. You have to work with high heat...so have all your food prepped. I didn't prep..so it became a sprint at times...

I love wraps, we buy whole wheat low carbs wraps, I use them a lot, I do egg wraps for breakfast, chicken wraps, fish wraps, I even make my kids pizza with them, they're really good.

Anyways, this is what we had for lunch yesterday, chicken stir fry, nothing special, simple recipe. a little low sodium soy sauce, some honey & throw it all together in a wok... over some brown rice, no desert
I tried posting this yesterday afternoon, but the IMG code didn't work...
    funny we took similar pics

For dinner we had fish, with veggies.

Haha..yes! Obviously it's a very versitile group of food hey...can be thrown into fajitas or a stir fry witin seconds.

Good job! I love chicken and veggies.

How many carbs are in those tortillas you buy? I get the large whole wheat kind..but they have 27g of carbs per one. I had 4 of those bad boys stuffed last night. I shouls try looking for the low carb ones too.

I buy "Mission whole wheat carb balance" they have 32 grams of carbs & 26 grams of fiber, so net carbs are only 6

Here's a pic, they probably don't have them in Canada... but check how many grams of fiber the ones u use have, and deduct this from your carb count.
Dietary fiber represents the total of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Fiber does it elevate blood sugar levels after eating it. So check if yours have fiber and subtract it

never seen them up here..but I will check for the fiber on mine..but I'm in a rush now gotta be out the door in half hour

Those ipod shuffles are very handy..and they got a new style out now, little bit costly but show song title and more..very small is why I like them. I should get another, my last one went thru a wash and dry cycle...and was never the same after that
