Hello,
Vegetarian diet is fast becoming popular. However, there is not even one pattern for vegetarian eating. I like your list, except for the yogurt. It’s on my grocery list for my shopping trip today. But I will look closely at the Nutrition Facts label.

There are so many healthy diet food are available some of them the protein is essential for growth repair and the healing of the body. Protein may be found in meats and poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, beans and lentils. There are also vegetarian is also becoming fast developer.

Now a days vegetarians diet food are good . You also mention nice list but I prefer vegetable such as milk dry fruit , grain this are contain lot of protein and good for our health.

Some Useful Healthy Foods :
1) Green and brightly colored vegetables
2) Fresh fruits and berries
3) Low fat milk or soy beverages
4) Healthy cooking oils like canola and olive oils
5) Cold water oily ocean fish
6) Nuts, seeds, and legumes

For the most part, I eat the same foods at the same times of the same days every single week/month/year and have been doing so for years now. I realize how crazy that may sound to some people, but to me there's nothing wrong with it. It's very convenient and simple. Plus, I really like the foods I eat. I am perfectly happy with these foods. After all, that's why I made them a part of my diet in the first place.

Really nice and useful post.You can take Cereals which is high in fiber and low in sugar. Pudding would be the best option or wheat Bix. This is only semi-skimmed or skimmed milk 200 calories, piece of fruit. Bananas are the fruit is best early in the morning.
