    Hi,
We are built to get our Vitamin D by getting sun exposure and having it made on our skin. The easiest most cost-effective way to bring up your Vitamin D level is to get enough sunshine. We get about 10,000 to 20,000 IU from a short exposure to the sun at midday. That should give you an idea of how much Vitamin D the body requires to stay healthy. Getting adequate Vitamin D through the diet alone is nearly impossible.

It's not that vitamin D and vitamin A are the only required and essential ones for the body, there are many others too. It was good to have your post on where to get these essentials from.
