I was wondering if someone that has the credentials can please give me a list of the top 12 most important food items I should eat. If you want to add more than 12 that's ok but please don't go much higher. I was hoping that someone could simplify a meal pattern for me. I am not picky. I kinda eat to survive. I would love to know exactly what I should put in my body so I can go to the grocery store, stock up on the main items I need and that's that. I do not need toppings or condiments. Just the basics.. Any help will be more appreciated than you can imagine. This will definately help with the stress level. Please understand that I know very well what foods are healthy. What I am asking for is a specific meal pattern as basic as you can get while staying as healthy as possible..
