 Post Cycle Diet
JUST FINISHED FIRST CYCLE AND WAS WONDERING WHAT YOU GUYS ARE EATING FOR POST CYCLE. I KNOW THAT I AM SUPPOSED TO LOWER THE CARBS A BIT AND CLEAN THINGS UP BUT WOULD LIKE SOME OF YOU TO GIVE YOUR IMPUT. THX

I don't change too much my self other then upping protein a bit and adding some BCAA a few times a day. I would also up you "good fats" to counter where you lower you carbs, since they play a big part in hormone production. The only other thing I do is add one extra serving of my post workout drink (Volu-gro & recovery), first thing in the morning.

I do that sometimes, I hate it.
I'll "Yo-yo" diet, I go up and down between 128-137 lbs.
I just tell myself before I binge, You're going to regret this, and then I'll not do it, it's all about self control.
Try changing your diet for good, like a vegetarian diet maybe, or low fat, anything
