    Default Walmarts Chicken question?
any disadvatages to getting one of those rotisery chicken (sp) that are ready to eat, and eat it throughout the day...its 1.5lbs, just peel the skin off and eat it...

i know its expensive, but ohwell..

    i would think
oatmeal in the morning, chicken / tuna /lean steaks /vegs throughout my meals (not all at onces, just given the ideas) with protein shakes /pwo shake ..

i think it would/could benifit from it...

i just want to get some body fat down, and tone up,

i know this sounds uterally stupid to some, but i have searched and searched and get so confused on diets..all i know is, protein, calories, moderate carbs

...i also work away from home 12days at a time, and live in a mobil home with 3 other guys, so its not like i can just stock every shelf/fridge with my stuff, since they have to keep things there also..

probably will have some extra calories with any butter / sauce they put on it to cook and not dry out but over all diet will determine fat loss

you should post up your diet in a constructed format with the times you eat and make changes from there
