Ive heard a few storys and just want to clarify a few things. Im competing in my 1st show in 4weeks time, now ive been speaking to a few people who have competed and ive heard alot of them say not to carb deplete and carb before a contest. I tried it a few weeks ago and I did smooth out a little too much.
Should I carb deplete then load or not?
I few people said that why risk looking too smooth when staying on low carb makes me look ripped, I know the basic principle around but everyone is saying something different to me.
Also the idea of having a pizza the day before the show.
Just want some feedback of people who have actually tried and tested these methods. I dont want feedback off peole who have read in magazine what do to and not actually tried it for themselves. I know that for everyone its differewtn what works for one person might not work for another but my heads alittle confused and just want some good ffedback,
