    Default Time of day
Ok everyone gets caught out from time to time...

On those rare days when you get to 9pm and you have only eaten breakfast, what do you do - eat as much as you can before bed, or wait until the next morning rather than going to bed on a full stomache?

Eat comfortably. The days already over and the damage is done. Stuffing your face is'nt going to do much for you at that point. Eat comfortably.

    Agreed.

I cant say I ever go that long without eating somthing, but common sense should tell you that trying to consume all your daily kcals in a single sitting just isnt smart.

Like unknown stated the damage is done your body would have already sought fule from your bodies protein and fat stores.

Just start fresh the next day but dont make a habbit of it.

sheeiit that just happened to me yesterday. It was a family birthday on Friday and it was my off day, so I drank a little bit too much and was a little hung over on saturday. All I ate was lunch and stayed in bed all day and finally today I did my workout, but took it easy, and didn't over do it. I did eat a big breakfast but am just moving on. glad I read this one cause I can and do sometimes don't eat all day in some circumstances instead of opting for junk food.

You cant make up for a whole days lack of eating in the last few hours of the day. Just have a good clean meal high in protein and moderate in carbs, go to bed, and try to do better the next day.

Never really happens... I'm very regimental about my meals, most of the time eating at the exact same time every day. My body functions at peak-performance that way. The only time I'd forget or skip was back in the old days of "cycling off" my diet...lol and in that case, it didn't really matter.
I'd vote for still eating a sensible meal at 9pm and going bed.. skipping would make it even worse..IMHO
