    Default food and drinks to stay away from on cycle
    need help with this lookin for u guys to answer
    i know soda u gota stay away from but what else guys trying to get the most gains possible

    food and drinks to stay away from are the same while on cycle or off.
    Stick to diet drinks (crystal lite, diet coke etc)

    I like the Haiwaian Punch sugar free stuff and Sugar Free Kool-Aid help to change things up but in reality drink as much water as you f-ing can to quickly get your body in motion. I really try to stay away from the juices but fruit is good.

    yea fruit is def tasty. I like strawberries\rasberries\apples and oranges

    berries and whipped cream is one of my personal favorite snacks. You can even splurge a little on them and don't even have to feel really bad about it!

    actually soda can be ok. at least if you are bulking and taking it pwo. it not a good idea to go around sipping it all day though.

    ..and you should avoid alcohol or severely limit it.. especially if running orals.
