    Question Dbol/test cycle - essential to eat clean&every 2-3 hrs?,if not clean I'll still gain?
    Hi,I'm due to start my dbol kicker/test cycle very soon and whole diet thing is only thing putting me off :-/.I love my food,like to enjoy it and from research I can see I should be including some foods I know I wont enjoy eating.

    If I was to eat very well and make sure I take in decent amount of i.e carbs and protein at correct times,will I still gain well?.

    what are you trying to do exactly? reason i ask is because if your trying to gain as you say above then i wouldn't really worry so much about eating clean all the time, just don't eat like shit all day long every day! your main goal would be to eat, and as far as taste goes unless your dieting down for contest and eating nothing but tuna taste really shouldn't be a problem, i can eat "clean" all day and still have my food taste damn good! post some info as far as your goals and what your diet ideas are right now, maybe we can help better form there.

    you will gain if you eat enough. if you know you dont like something then dont force it is my advice. there are plenty of good carb/protein/fat sources there has gotta be some that you enjoy eating?

    when eating I like to use one simple rule. use your head!!! and that means dont overcomplicate things. eat good food and good things will happen to your body.

    great advice, "use your head" nothing more to it then that when bulking, no need to over think things when trying to put it on!
