 water retention
how can i cauge how much water retention im holding on too? my diet is strict and clean, my cardio is intense, im on an ECA stack for a couple weeks. ive always been lean, but feel like im holding onto water or 'something' that is preventing my abs from popping... any ideas? and how can i elimate the excess water, safely?

I belive you can get a scan that tells you about you musclemass,water,bones the whole thing.
drink lots of water. if you drink to little your body will try to hold on to what you have.
diuretics work to but be careful not to overdo it.
