Diet Schedule...

I am just curious as to whether my eating schedule has to be exactly the same every day or if it's ok to eat at different times? I am curious because with the job I have I work 3 different shifts throughout the week and trying to find a schedule that works with all 3 of those shifts would be extremely difficult...if at all possible. Thanks alot in advance.

Don't get all concerned about the time. Eat less when your not hungry and eat more when you are, not that hard.....

If you have different shifts then just plan your meals around when your going to be up that day and if your meal is 4 hrs apart so be it, but just stay consistent with eating clean healthy foods and in the long run you will be on track.

Thanks alot for the advice man, I really appreciate it! I figured that it would work like that, I just wanted to know for sure before I start watching my diet and whatnot and realize I'm not getting the most out of it because I was "doing it wrong". Again, thanks alot for the advice.
