    Thumbs up What would best diet roughly consist of for my 12wk test cyp/dbol cycle?
    Hi,just looking for some advice on best diet for my upcoming cycle which will be:

    Weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day as kicker
    Weeks 1-12 Test Cyp 400mg/week shooting once
    Nolva on hand and for pct.

    I am on some kinda budget so bear that in mind if you can,just idea of staple foods would be great.

    Everyone has different ideas and would be cool to hear them...

    Do you just want to bulk, and at your size, thats what I would recomend ?

    If so, just eat everything that isn't moving, if it is moving, at least stun it first with a club then eat it.

    But really, just eat anything and lots of it and worry about cutting later on.

    Thanks for that,sounds good advice but can you be more specific if poss.I wanna bulk up bigtime yeah,I wont have any probs cutting it later on either.
    I'm lucky in sense whatever I eat I stay quite cut or is easy for me to get cut again...but unlucky in fact I'm hardgainer.

    what food do you like to eat? just eat more of that... you can be pretty free since your going for the all you can eat diet

    I don't belive in hardgainers, just people who don't eat enough or overtrain.

    You can have a look at this section for examples of diet, but my advice would be to not worry about what your eating to much. Don't fuss about eating clean and all that stuff, just eat anything you can and eat lots of it, take in plenty of carbs. eat until you can't eat anymore, then force just a bit more in for luck.

    Spread your intake throughout the day if you can and it doesn't need to be expensive.

    Almost everyone uses protein shakes, use them, but only in addition to food, there is no substitute for food and it's the best steroid you can get.

    Just get that mass on, cutting is not a problem and we can help you with that when the time comes. But for now get that mass on you.

    Always have porridge for breakfast !!!

    well they exist. I come from a family of men who dont gain weight. i have seen my brothers eating ALOT without getting fat or muscular. I have a father who is 53 and have 11% bf without dieting and having a beer everyday.

    but my advice is turn it into something positive. have donught with your coffee enjoy your life and dont eat superclean.

    Always have porridge for breakfast !!!
    +1 love it. i mix my oats with barley and eggs and it really fills me up ..
