    Default Carb Cycling
    I am thinking of starting a carb cycling diet. Has anyone here ever tried it? If so, did you get some good fat loss results?

    yep works really well. ive never actually measured exactly how many carbs i eat but I kinda wing it.

    I actually feel good while doing it and dont get any lowcarb dizzines

    I kind of tried my own "version" of it and didn't really like it. It felt too much like a roller coaster ride and I would feel/get really bloated at times, etc.. I found it better to keep my carbs low/moderate but steady.

    yeah looks good.. I hadn't read it before but its pretty much what i do..

    Im an athlete so i carb up before the weekends competition and usually mondays and tuesdays is kind of lowish carb and little higher in protein.. then mid week normal protein and moderate carbs..
