    Have you guys heard about the diet Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle
    I was wondering if this was legit, and worth buying.

    normall whe books have fancy titles i stay away from it.
    reason no. 1 there is no fat loss secret you just have to eat less then you expend.

    no.2 normally they just present the same idea with a slight twist.

    no.3 you could get just as good advice here -for free

    I was looking up some reviews and they all seem pretty legit. I heard this diet is looked highly upon in the bodybuilding.com forums.

    seems like a good book if you put your mind to it, otherwise its basically just information overload.

    I have this book. It tells you the common sense approach to dieting. But it's a good read and the author writes in a very motivational kind of way.
