is it low carb or no carb diet?

on low carb you can eat pretty much all the good carb sources including bread and pasta. just less.

rice, potatoes, oats, lentils are all high in carb too..

enjoy the dizzy spells, light headedness, and carb withdrawls... I love those no carb diets and hate them at the same time!

eat clean carbs, ie. low glycemic carbs. eat them in the morning and tail them off towards the end of the day. R-ALA is a good supplement to take with carbs.

do a search for glycemic index and you'll see which carbs affect blood sugars compared to others.
