Default Question about carbs and cardio.
    Ok, here it goes:

Some say you should do cardio after weighttraining when your glykogenstores are depleted or at least emptier than they would be after a long period of rest.

Ive also heard/read that cardio should be done when insuline-levels are at a minimum.:

Both of those statements cant be right because its recommended to eat carbs before and after weighttraining, so then you would have an high insuline level right after the cardio-session. (if you eat carbs after the cardio session of course)

    So here`s my question:

Should cardio be done separated from the weighttraining? (if consuming little carbs in that period)

Or should cardio be done after weighttraing when glykogenstores are depleted?

Or does it even matter because calories burnt are calories burnt no matter how high insuline-levels are or how depleted glykogenstores are?

What do you guys think and why?
    Thanks.

cardio after weights, at night if possible. Second best choice would be cardio in the morning on an empty stomache ecxept 10-20 grams whet protein to ensure that your burning fat instead of muscle.
