    This is for workout days!

    MEAL ONE - Breakfast 6:30 (10 Grams of BCAA 20 mins before this meal)
    (P+C)
    1 Cup Oatmeal
    2 Servings of Biotest Metabolic Drive
    1/2 Cup Blueberries
    2 Cups of Water


    MEAL TWO - Snack 9:00
    (P+F)
    5oz Turkey Burger
    3/4 Cup {6oz} of Green Vegetable (Green Beans)
    5 Kirkland Fish Oil
    2 Cups of Water


    MEAL THREE - Lunch 12:00 (10 Grams of BCAA 20 mins before this meal)
    (P+F)
    6oz Can of Tuna or Salmon or x Whole Eggs
    6oz of Spicy V8 Juice
    3/4 cup (6oz) of Green Vegetable (Spinach)
    5 Kirkland Fish Oil
    2 Cups of Water
    1Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil


    MEAL FOUR - Snack 3:00
    (P+F)
    5oz Turkey Burger
    3/4 cup {6oz} of Green Vegetable (Green Beans)

    MEAL FIVE - Pre workout 5:00

    umm?

    How about why you dont care for it vs your post. I have been in this for along time and yes the do push there supps in there articles but then they give there article away for free. so there has to be a trade off. I have seen companys and idealisms come and go for over 20 years in this industry. t-nation is a good site with good referances. so please let me here some contructive criticism.

    Also I am not a biotest ***** who does not use other products from other companys. I just happen to have alot of there stuff at the moment do to a good deal I got from a freind. Overall I use what i can afford and what works.
