 Appetite out of control
Hello, I am off cycle in my 4th week of PCT (nolva, clomid) and I am getting ready to diet (in a month or so). is there anything that will kill your appetite even working out. If i could just get my appetite down for 3-4 days it would help get me rolling. I just did a 16 wk cycle of test e (750) and eq (600) with a tail of 30mg dianabol. I have lost about 3 lbs since i stopped (water) strength is still up!

drinking lots of water will help you feel full... vegetables also work nicely.

Doesnt cutting defeats the whole reason for bulking in the first place, which results in a waste of gear?? If you cut now wont the calories you depleat compramise all the size you have gained.

^^^Yes^^^
..but in all fairness, different strokes for different folks and some have different reasons for using gear or different goals.
It's not ideal to cut after a bulking cycle so IMHO most would want to hit maint cal's (to include the newly added mass) and maintain during the "off" cycle, while lifting very heavy and decreasing volume... then once the "off" period is complete, they can run a cutter to help preserve the muscle while trimming the fat..
What I like to do is run clean bulker's and then extend my cycle and cut the last 4-6 weeks to trim any extra fat accumulated before going off.

 clairification
I am not cutting for another month (at least) Probably 2. I only want to cut about 12-15lbs of bf. I just wanted to line up a kick start. Im still lifting quite heavy although my volume in down about 15%.
Just out of curiosity, how long does it take you guys over 35 to rebound from PCT?

dido.. I think this works really well, you build your strength up quick in the first part of the cycle and then once strength is up and you have some good gains, lean out the diet and finish off the cycle nice and trim....nothing worse the finishing up a cycle overweight...pyscologically it can destroy your positive thinking.
