Exclamation Diet For Lean Muscle Pleae Help!!!!
    Hello guys.
I am new to this diet forum and cant find what i am looking for. I am sure the information is here somewhere but i just cant find it.

I am planning to put on some lean mass. My diet at the moment is not too good.
I eat 1 chicken fillet burger meal and 2 chicken breast twice a day. I also eat normal food, whatever is lying about at home and i know i eat atleast 3500 calories a day. I have been doing this for a while now, about 3 months and half put on a lot of weight, about 1 and half stone natural, however a lot of this is fat. I would estimate half is fat. I am planning a cycle soon and want to bulk up but only lean mass.

ONE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT CARBS? I HAVE BEEN TOLD YOU NEED TO REDUCE CARBS TO GET LEAN SO NO CHIPS ETC. I WAS THINKING, WHAT ABOUT OATS??? ARE OATS A GOOD FORM OF CARBS AND WILL THEY MAKE ME FAT???.

THIS IS MY NEW PROPOSED DIET. NEED HELP GUYS:

8am: 2 scoops whey protein(45gram protein) and 100grams oats and maybe a banana

12pm: Chicken fillet burger meal, no chips, 2 pieces chicken breast and water

4pm: 2 scoops whey protein(45gram protein) and 100grams oats and maybe a banana

6pm: 1 scoop protein and 50 grams oats

10pm:Chicken fillet burger meal, no chips, 2 pieces chicken breast, water

11pm: 2 scoops whey protein(45gram protein) and 100grams oats and maybe a banana

not sure how many calories etc there are in this diet and my goal is to get as big and lean as possible. Do you guys think this diet is any good? All help would be much appreciated
    thanks

80% of your diet is chicken, protein powder, oats. And youre bulking. **** man live a little. Eat some food, and some veggies, and some fats - the only fat youre getting is tagalong fat from chicken and oats, which is pretty much negligible.

a 1:1 muscle/fat ratio is about average. Nobody gains 100% muscle when they gain weight, not even on drugs.

Personally I'd like to see more real food in there. you seem to be living on shakes. Throw in some veg at least another meal maybe a propper breakfast with eggs, oats, toast anything just as long as you eat somthing.

You'll have plenty of time to drink food through a straw when your older. lol

    1. stop calling me bro.
    2. the diet is obsessively and unnecessarily "clean." Is it any good? I dont know, its an exact replica of every other manorexic OCD BBer ive ever seen posted on any forum ever. Eating chicken and protein powder at every meal will prevent you from getting fat, but it will also prevent you from gaining any weight at all. Whats going to determine whether calories are partitioned to muscle or fat is going to depend largely on genetics, and somewhat on training/nutrient timing - not how "clean" your food is.

determine the amount of calories you need to eat every day to gain weight. proportion those calories among protein/carbs/fat, then split those amounts into some number of meals and eat that during the day. add some veggies and 6-10g of fish oil, and then the diet will be good.

age height weight??? some specs will help determine how many calories and everything else you need to consume.

also real food in ur gut is better then anything synthetic or w.e. like all ur shakes and shit.

so i would take the advice given and get some more food in there.

6am:4 egg whites and some toast

    8am: 2 scoops whey protein(45gram protein)

12pm: can of tuna and some rice or w.e. floats ur boat

4pm: 2 scoops whey protein(45gram protein) and 100grams oats and maybe a banana

6pm: Chicken fillet burger meal, no chips, 2 pieces chicken breast, water

10pm:1 scoop protein and 50 grams oats

i would call it a night after that

and don't worry what meal your drinking your water... just get it in ya

If you are so concerned about the fat on your stomach why not concentrate on cutting that out before putting on size?

The reason that i am bulking is because i only weigh about 170/175. I want to go to 200 and then do a cutting cycle and end up at 210 ripped. I want to bulk up but dont want the weight on my stomach, simple

I would say this is what should be posted to everyone that has a question regarding anything to do with starting a cycle and just wondering what you think about the gains i will get from it.
