    Default Help cutting
I am looking to get cut up for the summer months and I can't seem to get rid of that extra midsection fat. I am 26, 5'10 and about 196lbs. Probably around 15-16% body fat. i have a good frame...just need to lose that fat to be more defined.
Does any one have a good cutting diet that they have been using? I lift 4 days a week and i run 2 miles 3-4xs a week, on my lunch break.

    Any thoughts?

I am not big on counting all my cals, fat, etc. I do check the protein and try to get 1-2g per lbs of body weight. I dont eat sugary stuff or fast food.
    Typical day for me

    1.Oatmeal/banana
2.Chicken with baby spinach/cottage cheese or yogurt
    3.myoplex protein bar
4.fish or chicken/brown rice or pasta
    5.protein shake and oatmeal (PWO)

on the weekends when i have time, i have like 10 egg whites for breakfast, instead of oatmeal

try weighing it for a while and soon enuogh you will be able to see what 50 g of oats or 100 g of rice is.
