 GNC multivitamin/extracts?
Hey all I usually pick up my protein from GNC because they sell the New-Whey 42g protein in a small shot. I also want to pick up some multivitamins, fish oil, and green tea extract. Are there any good brands from there worth getting? I would order from a good website but I am in the middle of my routine and dont have time to wait a week or more for the shit to come in.
Thanks

Actually, I don't think they're so bad for vitamins and that, their protein powders & performance stuff is pucky, but I get my other stuff (bcomplex, etc) from there when I can't order online. It's much less costly online anyway.
BUT trueprotein.com is a winner for sure.

just for laughs, try asking the gnc employee anything about any kind of product.

I overheard the girl in there telling a customer that those pre-packaged lunches for children were a good source of nutrition because they contained all three nutrients - carbs, protein, and fat.

GNC blows... unless their having a closeout sale on something that's short dated.
