Hey this is my 1st post on this site. I am trying to see what the best way is to help loss maybe another 10-15lbs. I have lost about 30 so far and seems that now i can't lose anymore. I don't eat junk food mostly fruits and chicken breast. Currently i am not on anything like fat burners or anything. I do lots of cardio. But if anyone has anything that might help please do.

What is your calorie intake, bodyweight and bodyfat percentage? How long have you been dieting so far?

my guess would be youve been dieting too long, on what sounds like too large of a deficit. i would eat at maintenance for a couple weeks to upregulate your hormones and immune system, then get back into dieting - implementing refeeds every so often.

also realize that at the beginning of a diet, the weight always comes off easier/faster than it does once you get leaner.

Hey ngr...throw in a thermogenic and you can maybe lose another 10....but its not going to be easy, getting off that treadmill and on the road is one thing you can do, but like Suareezay said you will eventually have to go back to eating a little more, then diet again, kinda like fooling your metabolism.. And how do I know you use the treadmill everyday....cause I see you doing it.. Good Luck , visit me in the office sometime...even though you work right down the hall..

morning cardio on an empty stomach using an ECA or thermo product. Do LIIT style run/walkrun/walk for about 15-20 min.
as soon as your done take your reg supplements and a protein shake if your trying to maintain some muscle tone. I really don't have much advise for a female but i know this method works. Good luck

ECA does work, make sure no carbs late in the day, say after 5pm. Try to throw in a higher calorie day once a week for your sanity and for a change of pace. This may spark more weight loss instead of the constant low cal environment you are in. This has worke for me.
