    Can we give whey protein suppliments to kids starting age 3 ....and over???

    as long as they dont have an allergy to milk protein.

    many infant/baby formulas contain protein powders.

    i think people forget that whey is nothing but a by-product of cheese manufacturing. you would have no problem feeding your kid milk, would you?

    You mean I can give my kid the whey protein supplment which I drink?
    He is 6.

    Are there supporting documents/online which attest this? I know proteins can be given to kids evern at a smaller age(s) but is is the same protein which we buy from GNC??

    I would steer away from product blends such as Nitro-Tech and MuscleMilk that contain creatine and possibly other supplements. The link in my sig sells pure protein powders.

    As for documents attesting to the safety of powdered proteins, a google search will turn up plenty.
