Default Milk Vs Water (for your night time shake)
Just to see your opinions on this. Personally Im a milk man when it comes to my last shake of the day strictly for the added casine to help me through the night, So...

Do you guys prefer water or milk with your pre sleep shake (If you have one that is)
If you dont whats your alternative?

    Yes I believe you should.
What would be your Ideal nightime snack?

It may not always be that easy for most, thats the benefits of shakes.

I do both. Usually a small shake w/Milk plus food. Lately it's been Fiber/bran cereal to round out my dose of fiber for the day but sometimes yogurt w/added whey or nuts & granola (my fav snack). I do try and keep it fairly light and small unless I had a gruling mma session that day.
But yes, I'm a milk guy (skim).

that sugar (lactose) is enough to keep me away from milk for the rest of my life

I mix a decent tasting protein shake with water in a gallon jug, and keep it in my fridge, I use that as my milk. a no lactose guarantee!

Water. I try to keep the calorie count down since BMR drops while you sleep. That's just the personal reasons though.

I actually value Suarz Opinion greatly on the diet forum he's one of few that really knows what he's talking about.

Theres no need for arsey comments, keep that shit in the Convo lounge.

Thats a point I havent seen Suar around for a while.

Cottage Cheese and Natty Peanut Butter for the win but if you are not worried about the sugar or fat in the milk (ie you can fit them in your macros) I go for the Vitamin D Milk.
