Default please help me with my diet
I decided it was time to get off the couch and get back into the gym so.. I got a membership I go 3 or 4 times a week.(at least 3 times) this is what i eat.

wake up: 2 banana's and a isopure protein shake

3 hrs later: 1 cup of wheaties no sure and skim milk

3 to 4 hrs later: a few big glasses of tea and grill chicken breast or lean grilled burger with a baby spinage salad (lowfat italian)

3 hrs later: tuna snake pack meal

Diner: grilled chicken or steak, with water or tea maybe a scoop of beans or a salad

sleep: isopure protein shake with skim milk

Sunday is my cheat day and the kicker is I work shift work and the diet stay's the same for the most part. When i work nights I will stop and get a 6in wheat bread subway with double turkey and ham, a little mayo, lots of lettuce, onions. Sometime I get pepper jack cheese.

So far I have lost 13lbs. I drink about a gallon of water a day and drink maybe 2 diet soda's to help keep me awake(nights shift and mid day). I have a convection microwave at work and can grill anything before I go in. My long term goal is to loose 60-70lbs. My short term is to loose 10lbs a month and stay healthy. I do mostly cardio with some lifting. I'm 6'4" 310lb and I'm 27 years old. I'm not looking to be a body builder or model just get out of size 42 pants and get back to a 34 or 36" waist. Please give me any advice and if I should be taking any supplements or need to change something up. So far I just take a flax seed oil gel pill and a multi vitamin.
