i was wondering if you shit alot during the day are you waisting the protein you eat and if you only shit like once a day does that mean your body is using everything you are taking in.

What gave it away bro? The title "POOPY TIME"? I thought it was about toilet training his kid.

I actually don't know the answer to the question but I would suspect the amount you shit has nothing to do with the amount of protein being absorbed in your system.

    I could be wrong though.

I could be wrong but I think the only thing your frequency of shitting can really tell you is if you have a fast or slow metabolism.

It doesn't mean any of that.

If you shit a lot, it means you eat a lot

If you shit less, it means you are eating less.

Your body can't use _everything_ it takes in. Our digestive system is nowhere near that efficient and also every process has some sort of waste product that you must get rid of (shit out) so that's really a nonsense question.

Anyway, anyone who has ever done a serious bulk already knows that you are going to be taking multiple shits throughout the day if you are eating a lot. There is no way around it.

once your food has made it to the "poopy" stage, the body has gotten all the nutrients from it, thus turning the rest to waste.

Somebody give this kid a science book 'How My Body Works'... and they wonder where the term 'Meat Head' comes from.

Nobody told you that the secret to getting huge is holding it in? The longer you keep it in the bigger you get! Try it!
