    wish i had that problem.

these are some carb dense foods:

also carbs + liquid + blender = easy calories. oatmeal is really the only carb that comes to mind for this application, but you could always get creative.

Ive been blending up generic cheerios and rice cereals for years. Easy carbs. I've even done instant mash potatoes when I was out of cereal. With a protein powder you can hardly taste a difference. Just pour the milk in and drink it somewhat fast. If you let it sit it gets real lumpy.

ive blended brown rice in a shake, which provided me with not only the most impossible-to-drink shake ive ever experienced, but also the most disgusting.

Never used brown....just white basmati....and done it cooked and raw.

I prefer bread for carb source.....flourless.

Force it down. After some time your stomach will stretch and you will get used to it. The real hard part? Cutting it out after...when you have to drop carbs again it's ****ing hard.

shit bro my problem is after i eat my protein, im eating so little carbs that im never full...regardless of how much chicken i eat.

i'd go for the waxy maise malo or dextro...you know..the powdered stuff but like tas said, if you eat more amounts more often your stomach is going to get used to taking in that much food. im to the point that almost regardless of what i eat, im going to be hungry in another 2-3 hours.

have you tried just switching the order so you get the carbs in first while your still hungry and then take the protein?

I always eat the protein and veggies first when im cutting so that i don't overeat. but you case is the opposite ...

agreed... I'm doing a slow cut on cycle right now, and I'm struggling with 400grams a day... I can only imagine what its going to be like at my ultimate low carb intake of ~200 grams a day

what i meant was that he could eat the carbs before meat and veggies as they fill you up more. I wasnīt suggesting seperate meals. sorry if anyone misunderstood.
and I didnīt think you were trying to be a smartass

8 oz grilled chicken sliced into large bit sized pieces
1 cup dry Instant Brown Rice
    1 TBSP of Olive Oil
1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Heat the Olive Oil in a large skillet. Throw the chicken in and let it get slightly browned. Throw the rice in and let it warm. Add the Soy Sauce at the end.

Tiny bit high on the sodium end obviously because of the Soy Sauce, but nothing that will have a negative effect on your body.

yields... over 800 cals, 75 grams of protein, 75 grams of carbs, 25 grams of fat (14 coming from the Olive Oil, the rest from the chicken and rice)

I've been doing a slow cut and this is one of my carb meals for the day... so if your bulking and carbs are your issue, I'm sure you can drop the amount of protein and add some carbs
