    1 scoop whey 1cup 1% milk
    4Fat 15Carb 33Protien

That turns into approximately 396 grams protein, 261 grams Carbs, and 88 grams of fat.

    What do you guys think

I usualy stick to this wile I am on gear. when I come off gear I cut back some what, since obviously my body doesnt need that many cals daily.

im 170 13% body fat BMR roughly 2000.

I was told to icnrease carbs, but I am not sure if I should. I seem to gain easily ( endomorph ) so at 3500cals maybe 4000 if I push it, I will and have grown.

    Also I am cycling

    Test E @ 400mg/week 1-12
    Equip @ 400mg/week 1-11
    Winny ( oral ) @ 50mg/day 9-14
    Arimidex .25mg/ED 2-13
    HCG @ 250IUX2/week 5-12

    Looking for clean LBM..........thanks!

i would seriously consider bringing the meal frequency down to 5-6. I can not imagine how big of a PITA 8 meals a day would be. Even 6 is annoying.

Protein could be lower. 2x bodyweight would put you at 340g. But 400g isnt hurting anything, its just a more expensive/less fun source of energy. Since you mention "clean LBM" I would maintain a slight surplus on off days, and up the carbs PWO on training days - think a 1000+ calories surplus.

Other than that, assuming calories are in check, looks fine.

Hey Suar, I was thinking the exact same thing..........300-320 grams of protien. So I am going to lower the protien to that.

My BMR is 2000, if I increase my daily intake to 3000 or 3200. Thats 7000+ calories surplus weekly. Easily able to grow from that I think.

I will increase my PWO carbs like you suggest...........What exactly do you mean maintain a slight surplus, I have surplus on all days with the above diet.

Whats the rule for carbs wile bulking with AAS - 1.5gram per lb of body weight?!

    Thanks for the info!

I would add more fat. Olive and fish oil.

PPWO why just yogurt? Only getting 11g pro PPWO.

by "slight surplus" I mean a few hundred calories, whereas on training days you would be getting a lot more through the addition of more carbs. there really isnt a set rule for generic bulking carbs, generally you simply meet protein and EFA requirements, then make up the rest of your calories with some number of carbs and fat - more insulin sensitive people usually favoring a higher carb intake, less insulin sensitive people favoring a lower carb intake. Keeping carbs comparatively lower on non-training days is also good plan.

also, what is the reason for such a high number of meals? is appetite an issue? if its not you could easily consolidate those meals down to 5 or 6 and make the day much more manageable. 8 meals is insanity - unless you just like preparing and eating meals every hour and a half.

this is where it gets fuzzy for me - i dont know much about drugs and eating while on them, but I was under the (possibly false) impression that fat should be kept lower than on cycle than off, since drugs screw with your lipid profiles already.

    Thanks again for the reply.

What do you recomend I keep my carbs at on training days and regular days?

I can crush the meals down to 5 or 6 - but then how would the work out?
chicken + rice + shake in 1 meal?

More protien there then I can readily absorbin 1 hour - Wouldnt it go to waste?!

    What is the EFA requierments?
    .5 X body weight?
and protien is 2X body weight

And then the rest in carbs like you suggest.........I fallow you now.

So on training days have a surplus of cals ( say 1500 above BMR )
And on non training days have a surpls of ( say 1000 or 800 above BMR )

This is what I understand your information!

Thanks - keep the info coming!
