If we liken the Insight performance hybrid to its motorized 4-wheeled brother, the sports car; the Insight 3 is the special-ordered model with all of the options. Upgrades from the Insight 2 include a carbon fiber integrated aero fork, Shimano Tiagra cranks, and a 9 speed drivetrain with a Shimano Tiagra rear derailleur.
