Default Proviron question
Proviron is widely used androgen in precontest period for its great effects: muscle hardness, getting rid of extracellular water, fat burning and similar. My question is: can proviron help NATURAL bodybuilder in his precontest period (muscle hardness and other positive effects)?

Yeah you are right.. but natural guys dont use anabolic androgenic steroids because of their side effecst, and we all know that proviron is only androgenic steroid which almost doesnt have any negative side effects if taken in normal dosages under 100mg/day.
But still thanks for the answer!

It depends how natural your definition is. Hey, some vegetarianms only eat veggies that grow UNDER the ground: NOTHING ELSE; Everybody else is considered non-veg. Nothing has serious side effects if used in moderation; everything does when used in excess.

Lets first start off with the know concept that-When you train muscle breaks down then rest is needed to rebuild it. If you are looking for strength only, then more rest is needed in between training. Tearing a muscle thats not healed is being counter productive. If you are going for mass building or raw strength building then few sets and low heavy reps make alot more sense if the above statement is true. If you stay in the gym for 3 hours you are just breaking down muscle that are already exauhsted. If you are looking for some good information on nutrition, bodybuilding and gear check out www.anabolicinjection.com. The ideal way to strength or mass train is to take 1-2 days off between sessions. After my back surgery I started training alot differently. Obviously the gear I used that was prescribed after surgery helped decadurabolin and testosterone enanthate. Either way I learned it is more important to rest muscles after training hard. An extra day of rest on a hardcore weight lifting regimn is better then a extra day of lifting.
