    Default Taraxatone?
    I have a bodybuilding contest in 11 days. I was planning on using taraxatone at 1.5 times the recommended dosage starting 10 days out. Is that the right day to start. I heard some people start only 3 days out. But taraxatone isn't like lasix or aldactone. It's a natural diuretic so I figured i'd take more and start earlier. I've dropped my water with taraxatone before and started 10 days out with the recommended dosage and looked good. But I want to look better. Any advice is appreciated.

    I used it a few times. I like the results but I definately run it about 10-14 days for optimal results.
