Fitness Expo comp...with big cash prizes!

May 13-15th will see Britains biggest and most rewarding bodybuilding competition EVER!

Over the weekend at Olympia in London the stage will host a competition for Juniors, Masters (over 40's), Womens Fitness, Womens Figure, an open class for all men and then the Overall Male and Female Champion.

Top 3 will recieve substanstial prize money (over £1000 to each of the winners!!! ... Juniors, Masters, Ladies, Mens ...prize money is equal in each class!) and all competitors will receive medals.

Support and sponsorship has been given by some of the leading comapanies in the U.K. and they will provide additional prizes on the day.

Judges for this competition are to be leading BodyBuilding and Fitness celebs...there is no association to any governing federation (though support from them is encouraged and welcome)....so athletes from all are invited to compete. There will be invites given internationally so this is going to be some show!!!

We are also looking into hosting a Strong Woman competition as well as many other attractions over the weekend.

So ... time to think about that diet and getting ready to stand on stage at what could just be the biggest comp this year (and certainly the most rewarding financially!!!).

Ive been here for a while also. Sometimes post if i can be arsed. To be honest though, this site is full of fakes. One or two real folks, but mainly a load of bullcrap! the site has its good aspects none the less.
