 T3 Precontest
I'm 5 weeks out from comp. right now, and just did a show in May. I'm not responding the same as I did for the first show, and am planning on throwing in T3 for the last 5 weeks. Anyone have any advice on running it (I will be ramping up and tapering down, and more importantly, when should I stop it before the comp.? Thanks for the info

Wow. Thats a very individual question bud - none of us know anything about how lean you currently are, how much your eating, cardio, clen, ECA.
So to make a recommendation is hard. When i do prep for guys i never have them going over 50 mcg / day. In your case only 25 mcg / day might work just fine. And no need to take it out before the contest but you might try backing off to 12.5 mcg. And continue past the contest at that and then go 12.5 mcg EOD.
Thats my opinion but if you can give us more info i can possibly help you better.

Thanks for the info. I am 3 weeks out now....about 4.2% at 188 lbs. Currently running this cycle :
100 mgs prop ED
600 mgs EQ/week
50 mgs Winstrol ED
75 mgs Tren EOD
30 mgs Var ED
20 mgs Halotestin ED
Alternating Clen with ECA
20 mg Nolvadex ED
I am trying to make the middleweight class one more time before bulking up to a light heavy. I was surprised to see u recommend no more than 50 mcgs....hopefully this info helps a bit. Thanks

How much cardio are you doing and how are your kcals???
You'd be just fine with 37.5 - 50 mcg up to the last week and then back down to 25 mcg, but thats dependent on the other things above.
These guys recommending upwards of 75 - 100 mcg is nonsense. 3 - 4x typical thyroid output is not needed if you do things correctly.
