Default what % of your calories come from carbs when you start your precontest diet??
......And do you up your protein to account for the calorie loss?? IM trying to get from 9% down to 4-5%. How long should this take and can i do it w/ all diet or is a lot of cardio needed? i've seen some pretty shredded guys on here who said it was all diet and that they never did cardio. What do i do??

Half of your calories should come from protein and the other half shouls come from fats (which are low) and carbs. From 16 weeks out and the low decrease your carbs while increasing your protein. When you stop loosing weight adjust your calories ie add protein and decrease carbs. This is only one way and others may have different methods of dieting!
